Pros The sports bra is good. The material is soft and comfortable. You can use it for yoga or very light activity. You can even use it as a top as it’s quite cool. Cons The padding is not that great as it shifts. Also if you are planning to do burpees or high-intensity stuff, I would recommend going for a bra with better support. Also, this is a bit lose than I had expected.
